Earlier this year I had knee surgery, and our doctor gave us MD Orthopedics' number for a Temperature Controlled Therapy unit. I didn't really know what I needed when I called, but they handled everything from talking to my doctor’s office to find out what I needed to billing my insurance. Scheduling the delivery (and later pickup) was a breeze with pleasant customer service and the delivery guy was really nice and friendly.

I received over and above Excellent customer service from MD Orthopedics. From the moment they first contacted me to deliver my equipment, I had a scheduling conflict. Their technician Paul adjusted his schedule to make it work with mine. After my surgery, I was using the CPM and had a few questions. Paul promptly returned my call with all the info I needed and was very helpful, kind and supportive. Mike at the office was prompt, friendly and professional as well. They made a very large medical procedure a lot less stressful for me. I am thankful that they cared about my experience from beginning to end.

My experience with MD Orthopedics was outstanding….Because of a lag in my Medicare coverage Athem Blue cross paid a claim which was considered and overpayment of $3200 and I owed Anthem Blue Cross $3200…I called MD Orthopedics and ask them to rebelled Medicare…..MD Orthopedics processed a claim to Medicare which was accepted while I was iPhone and are sending a reimbursement today…..Excellent service from MD Orthopedics… I highly recommend their service

Originally I told Robert I was going to use an approved vendor from my Insurance. He was very pleasant and said I could call him anytime if it didn’t work out. Well, it didn’t work out and I’m so glad Robert told me I could call him. He brought me the cooling unit promptly and was very nice and informative.
